Shipping policy
At Gobik we know that when you place an order on our website, you are eager to receive it. That’s why we have thought of the best way to get your garments to you in perfect condition and in the shortest time possible.
The products on our website have the following approximate delivery times from the date the order is placed (these times may be subject to additional delays during promotional campaigns of Backroom).
If your shipment requires a customs process, the delivery times will be affected, as this is a process outside of Gobik and the corresponding transport agency.

If there is no availability of products for your shipment, Gobik will cover the costs of partial shipments if the customer wishes.

TARIFFS
Possible tariffs, taxes, and other charges (for international shipments and those destined for the Canary Islands with a value greater than 150€) (1), (2). are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer
1.-Brexit- Including purchases from the United Kingdom as of October 31, 2019.
2.- Minimis USA- As of August 29, 2025, the US will eliminate the tax-free de minimis regime for all imported goods, regardless of their origin. This means that all shipments with a value equal to or less than 800 USD will be subject to the relevant duties and taxes, which could affect the customs clearance process.
If the buyer refuses to pay these charges and requests a return of the order, Gobik will refund its value minus the shipping and return costs.

AUTHORIZED DELIVERIES WITHOUT SIGNATURE POLICY
Please note the following before finalizing your order:
If the customer expressly authorizes delivery of the order without signature (for example, leaving the package at the entrance, at the house door, with the concierge or similar location without face-to-face confirmation), responsibility for the package is considered transferred to the customer at the moment the agency deposits it at the indicated location.
GOBIK cannot assume losses, theft, or incidents that occur after an authorized delivery without direct custody.
We strongly recommend choosing secure delivery methods or collections with signature, especially for high-value orders.
DELIVERY POLICY FOR ORDERS OVER 500€
In order to ensure safe and efficient delivery, we have implemented an additional security measure, whereby orders with an amount equal to or greater than 500€ (including shipping costs, taxes, and other charges), it will be necessary for the recipient to sign for the package upon delivery.
Due to this delivery requirement, it will not be possible to modify the delivery address, redirect the shipment to a Service Point, or authorize a delivery without signature.
